Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications are active to notify you of privacy settings to not monitor and collect data about Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) features or online browsing activity. Contains settings that can be changed. Our app does not have the ability to collect or track your personal information, but we recommend that you use DNT to protect your personal information more strongly.

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of change, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
However, by installing and using this MyKitchenTime app, we will not collect your personal information. Therefore, personal information corresponding to the above does not exist and will not be retained.

We has not disclose or sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months. We will not sell personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users and other consumers.
